Weather & Safety

• Services may be delayed, modified, or skipped due to severe weather, freezing conditions, or unsafe working environments.

• Light rain typically does not affect service.

• April Pools reserves the right to prioritize technician safety at all times.

Pricing & Payments

• Service call or diagnostic fees apply to repair visits.

Chemicals & Water Conditions

Openings & Closings

• Pool openings may not result in immediate swim-ready conditions depending on water clarity and weather.

• Pool closings are designed to protect against freezing but do not guarantee prevention of all freeze-related damage, especially in extreme conditions.

Cancellations & Service Changes

• Customers may request service changes or cancellations with reasonable advance notice.

• Repeated cancellations or missed access may result in termination of service.

Damage & Liability

• April Pools is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Faulty or aging equipment

  • Improper installations by others

  • Underground plumbing issues

  • Acts of nature (storms, freezing, flooding, etc.)

• Customers agree to hold April Pools harmless for damages outside our control.
